DEPOSITS

A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation is to be prepaid on reservation. This deposit may be paid either by advising us of credit card details, or by payment into our banking account. A copy of the deposit slip is required as proof of payment. In the event of non-payment of a deposit, we reserve the right to cancel any bookings without notice or liability to the client. Please note that proof of payment is the client’s responsibility.

Subject to availability and all other conditions applicable to cancellations and deposits.

CANCELLATIONS

Non arrival: no refund
Less than 1 week notice: no refund
1 to 2 weeks notice: 25% refund
2 to 4 weeks notice: 50% refund
4 weeks or more notice: subject to a 10% handling fee
All cancellations must be given in writing.
